Yum! Brussel sprouts are on the menu for lunch today. As a young child they were my favorite vegetable. They still are today. I love when she makes them. They are such a cute little veggie too! I personally recommend cooking them like this: Cut them in half. Heat up a cast iron and add some coconut oil. Cook the brussel sprouts and add a little water to speed it up. Sprinkle with lots of garlic powder, some salt and pepper. Cook until soft and a little crunchy. Eat it all up. :) - Kate (infant teacher)
